Q1. I am a registered user, how can I get the new versions?
A1. Don't worry about it. You can download the new version from our website free. Please contact support@lyrasoft.net to request a new license code if the new version reported an 'Invalid code' error.
Q2. Do I have to pay for the upgrades?
A2. No! All upgrades are free to registered users.
Q3. What's the difference between trial version and registered version?
A3. The trial version can export table from Excel to AutoCAD only 50 times. The trial version can not import '.xls' files.
Q4. How will you deliver the license code?
A4. The code will be sent to you via email once your order was authorized.
